The Digital Ninja will assist Disruptive MedTech with information technology, data science, and data analytics improvements. They are a tactical problem solver to support the efficient growth of the company by solving existing tech issues, finding novel digital opportunities, and turning data into actionable information.
You are a techie. You like software, hardware, technical problems with slick solutions - you like to learn new stuff. You want to build your resume and real-world experience with a diverse set of learning opportunities and challenges in a high-tech company.
In this role you will support growing companies with unique and diverse problems, learn and support the application of new technologies, all with great schedule flexibility.
Responsibilities:
·      Troubleshoots and solves intermittent IT issues with computers, network access, etc.
·      Assists with cloud technology such as SharePoint, cloud storage, SAAS implementations.
·      Monitor and maintain technology to support business growth
·      Supports efficiency improvement through data management, display, access, and problem solving
·      Develops professional and technical knowledge through self-guided learning; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
·      Participates in performance optimization and risk management activities as required.
·      Adheres to all Company policies and procedures
·      Provides superior customer service and promotes communication
·      Performs other duties as assigned or required with or without prior notification.
Qualifications:
·      Technical education or background with desire to learn
·      Problem solving attitude and patient
·      Willingness to learn about Quality Management Systems and standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
·      Good communication, reading, and computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
·      Must be a self-starter who requiring minimal supervision.
·      Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
·      Desire to learn
·      Willingness to adhere to safety standards and promote safe practices.
